** this stove has distant similarities to other stoves made in and around the Lyon, France area. As Lyon is at such a distance from the main stove producing area of the French Ardennes, the foundries in the Lyon region appear to have gone their own way with stove design plus there was probably a southern influence too. We do not have detail of the producing foundry although if anyone out there has exact data we will be very grateful to hear.
